THE INFINEO TRAINING PROGRAM

The training program is determined upon signature of the distribution contract. Depending on the size of your team or the geographical location (example: Tahiti), we organise training either in our premises in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre or in your premises.

When we launch our collaboration, the training takes place in 4 stages:
  • Training on the core of the application, the “ Inside Studio ” module . This is the tool that consultants will use to deploy standard connectors, to amend them if necessary and to create new connectors on clients' business software if necessary.
  • Specific training on our Inside menu bar integrated in Excel ® as well as our report creation wizards. This is a stage where the consultants work on typical projects.
  • Training on Inside options such as " Automate " and " Player ".
  • Support for signing your first file with a suitable starter kit.
  • Secondly, depending on your needs, the program is supplemented by training sessions and training in new versions of our solution. We also offer specific courses according to your business (trade, consulting, hotline) ensuring your mastery in the marketing, integration and support of our solutions.
